The fee or booking amount once paid is non-refundable. However, the amount may be adjusted against another course, subject to management approval.

Candidates must ensure 100% payment of course fees on the same day of course commencement. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation of the booking without any refund.

100% attendance is mandatory for the successful completion of the course. No certificate will be issued in case of incomplete attendance.

Candidates must report at 08:30 AM for the course. Late reporting will lead to denial of entry, and the booking may be treated as cancelled without refund.
